  • 소프트웨어인재 양성 42 SEOUL을 운영하면서 얻은 경험과 데이터,IT기술등을 활용하여 예측할 수 있고, 지속적이며, 다양한 분야로 확장될 수 있는 오픈소스기반 소프트 웨어 교육 시스템을 제공합니다.창의적으로 사고 하고 능동적으로 행동하는인재를 양성합니다.
  • PBL(Project Based Learning) 방식의 현장형 학습 콘텐츠 프로젝트는 AI, 머신러닝 등 미래산업에 필요한신기술의 교육과정이 제공되며학습자 스스로 교육과정을 신청하고 팀을 구성,서로 협력하여 프로젝트를 해결합니다.
  • 서로에게 배우는동료 학습 이노베이션 아카데미는 교수나 선생님 등의 지도개념이 없습니다.교육생들은 스스로 방법을 찾고 결과에 도달해야 하며 이 과정에서 협업하고 때로는 객관적인 시선으로 서로 평가하며 함께 성장합니다.
  • 코드리뷰 중심의비대면 학습 방법 프로젝트를 구성하는 단위문제는코드리뷰를 요청하여 팀원들이 코딩한 소스의문제점을 파악합니다. 팀원들의 상호 소통을 통해 학습이 이루어지며이후에 프로젝트를 평가합니다.
  • 학습 커뮤니티 및 멘토링 시스템 학습자들 스스로 커뮤니티를 구성하여공통의 관심사에 대해서 토론하고문제해결 방안을 찾고해당 내용을 멘토와 공유하여개발 및 문제 해결 능력을 키웁니다.
